On Friday 21 August 2015, ICCT hosted a delegation from the National Security Coordination Secretariat, Prime Minister’s Office, Singapore. This delegation was led by Dr. Omer Ali Saifudeen (Lead Analyst, Joint Counter Terrorism Centre, National Security Research Centre) and was part of a study trip to visit various agencies in Europe working on terrorism and radicalisation. The focus of the meeting was on online radicalisation, foreign fighters and countering violent extremism. From ICCT, Programme Manager Karlien Lismont, Research Fellows Dr. Alastair Reed and Dr. Christophe Paulussen and Associate Fellow Lisa de Haan joined this constructive meeting.
