ICCT Director Renske van der Veer was interviewed by BNR Radio regarding the possible terrorism motive behind the Utrecht shooting. She argued that since the motive has yet to be confirmed by authorities, people have to be careful when making speculations. Ms. van der Veer stated that not ruling out terrorist motive is different from confirming that there is a terrorist motive.
