ICCT Associate Fellow, Colin P. Clarke, has a new blog post on the US-Russia CT relationship. Clarke's piece, 'Russia is Not a Viable Counter-Terrorism Partner for the United States', points to the obstacles for US-Russian cooperation and argues that they are incompatible as partners in countering terrorism. Dr. Clarke's op-ed was originally published as part of a debate series from Russia Matters, a project established by the Harvard Kennedy School's Belfer Centre for Science and International Affairs.
