In an interview with TRT World, ICCT Research Fellow Christophe Paulussen gives his thoughts on the Shamima Begum case, the UK girl who had joined IS in Syria in 2015 and now wishes to return to the UK with her recently born son. He also discussed the right to return more generally for those who had traveled to Syria and Iraq to join IS.
