ICCT Research Fellow on Importance De-Radicalisation of Foreign Fighters

  On 27 January, ICCT Research Fellow Liesbeth van der Heide joined the TV programme Goedemorgen Nederland of Dutch public broadcaster Omroep WNL to talk about  the question of how to deal with returning foreign fighters. She underlined the importance of de-radicalisation programmes. This discussion follows the current debate in the Dutch house of representatives about foreign fighters returning from Syria.
