On Thursday, 06th June 2024, the Dutch newspaper NRC published an op-ed authored by Tanya Mehra.
"The recently concluded main agreement between PVV, VVD, BBB and NSC has already caused a stir. The fact that the incoming cabinet has placed counter-terrorism high on the agenda is good. The question is whether some of the proposed measures actually contribute to national security, such as taking away nationality after conviction of a terrorist crime, increasing the penalty for participation in a terrorist crime and setting up an international tribunal to prosecute ISIS", wrote Mehra.
