On Thursday, October 30, Euronews, a European News Network, wrote an article about Russia's Hybrid war in Europe. As part of the article, Euronews interviewed Senior Research Fellow and Programme Lead, Kacper Rekawek.'
"If you look at Russia's military doctrine, at interstate terrorism – state against state – they are fully aware that hybrid warfare is a tool they can use," Rekawek stated. He highlighted that Russia's approach has remained the same, highlighting that morally questionable characters "are Russia's natural allies."
