ICCT in the Media: Julie Coleman on the Repatriation of Foreign Fighters

Share:
April 28, 2021

In June 2020, a report by Julie Coleman on Kosovo's repatriation of foreign fighters was published. The small Western Balkan nation of Kosovo repatriated 110 citizens, including men, women, and children, in April 2019, making it one of a very small number of countries that has actively repatriated citizens involved with the Islamic State. In April 2021, Julie Coleman was consequently interviewed by the Danish Radio in an episode about the repatriation of foreign fighters.
