Expert Roundtable (in London): Libya's Civil War

On Friday 13 March, the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) and ICCT convened an expert roundtable meeting on Libya with Mr. Daveed Gartenstein-Ross. During the event, Mr. Gartenstein-Ross discussed his recent ICCT Research Paper on the topic. The meeting took place at the RUSI premises in London.
