M&E: Terrorism Financing in the Horn of Africa

The purpose of the project “Anti-Money Laundering/Countering the Financing of Terrorism in the Greater Horn of Africa,” which began in 2015, was to “raise awareness of the need, and strengthen capacity of the financial sector and criminal justice actors, for effective AML/CFT nationally and regionally”. In 2018, ICCT reviewed and provided input on the logical framework of this multi-million euro project.
