Ottavia Galuzzi is a counter-terrorism practitioner and cybersecurity expert focusing on the interconnection of human rights and digital technologies. She has experience working in the private and public sectors, both at the European and international levels, as a cybersecurity and intelligence consultant and adviser. She also has experience in the civil society sector, where she built the knowledge and skills of NGOs to prepare for cyberattacks. She has a master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence and Counter Terrorism from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia.
