Juliette joined the ICCT from October 2024 to April 2025, assuming the position of Intern within the Rule of Law Responses to Terrorism Programme. She participated, amongst others, in projects regarding the dissemination of terrorist and borderline content online and the prosecution for linkages between terrorism and core international crimes across multiple jurisdictions.
She holds a master's degree in Fundamental Rights with a specialisation in humanitarian affairs from Strasbourg University, an LLM in Public International Law from Leiden University and a Bachelor’s degree in International and European Law.
Her research interests focus on the applicability and enforcement of human rights law and international humanitarian law in the context of terrorism, as well as online terrorism.
