Huy joined ICCT in January 2026 as an Editorial and Communications Intern. He holds an MSc in International Relations and Diplomacy from Leiden University in the Netherlands and is currently pursuing a second Master’s degree in International Crimes, Conflict, and Criminology.
Before joining ICCT, he completed an internship at an NGO focused on combating human smuggling and trafficking. He also worked at Philips, where he was responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and risks affecting personnel and company assets.
His academic interests include the rule of law, human rights, gender, and counter-terrorism.
