Francesca Merletti
Francesca joined the International Centre for Counter-Terrorism in April 2022 and is the Communications and Events Officer. She has extensive experience in communication and outreach within European and international organizations with a focus on emerging crimes and rule of law. Prior to joining the ICCT, Francesca worked as Media and Outreach Officer for the Kosovo Specialist Chambers and as Outreach Specialist for Europol – EC3 Cybercrime Centre. She also worked at the UN Interregional Crime and Research Institute (UNICRI) in Geneva and the UN Security Council Counter-Terrorism Committee Executive Directorate (CTED) in New York.
Francesca holds a MA in International Studies from the Alma Mater Studiorum Bologna and an MSc in International Politics and Middle East from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
