Bridget Moreng

Bridget Moreng, a research assistant at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD), graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with dual degrees in international affairs and psychology. After completing her degrees, she interned at FDD in Fall 2013, then became a research assistant in January 2014. Moreng’s work has focused on salafi jihadist militant organisations, with a concentration on Ansar al-Sharia in Tunisia. Her writings have been published in the web-based journal War on the Rocks.
