On Thursday, August 8th, Dutch News broadcaster NOS interviewed ICCT director Thomas Renard on the increasing trend of teenagers being recruited by terrorist groups. Renard's interview comes in the wake of the recently foiled terror attack plan on a Taylor Swift concert in Vienna being orchestrated by two teenagers.
