On Thursday, July 25th, 2024, the Danish news site DR interviewed Thomas Renard about how the Israeli-Gaza crisis is causing France to boost its security during the 2024 Olympics.
"There has been a growing polarization around the conflict between Israel and Hamas. We have seen in France, as in many other countries, unfortunately, that the number of anti-Semitic and anti-Muslim incidents has increased exponentially," Renard said.
