On April 11, CNN published an article, in which the outlet discussed a series of suspected attacks in Europe and the mystery surrounding HAYI, a pro-Iranian group claiming responsibility for them. The article features an interview with Thomas Renard, Director of the ICCT.
In the interview, Renard noted that the situation remains speculative, but said there are strong indications that the group could be supported by a foreign state, with Iran considered the most likely candidate.
