On Tuesday, 30 October, the Dutch newspaper, AD, published an interview with Senior Research Fellow and Programme Lead, Kacper Rekawek, about the increasing number of hybrid attacks occurring in Europe in recent years.
Rekawek explained how current tactics, such as using "disposable spies", are not a modern practices. "These are KGB practices; it also happened during the Soviet Union," stated Rekawek.
