Recent analysis by Graig Klein, an ICCT Associate Fellow, on the terrorism and counter-terrorism implications of instability in Iran has been cited by several major media outlets. The analysis also assesses how groups such as al-Qaeda and Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP) could seek to exploit political turmoil, and why the growing focus on great-power competition should not push counterterrorism off the strategic agenda.
