On Monday, 11 January 2016, ICCT Senior Portfolio Manager Marco de Swart was interviewed by Jordy Meister of the Dutch radio station Den Haag FM, on the occasion of the joint meeting of the Global Counterterrorism Forum (GCTF) and the Global Coalition Against ISIL/Da’esh, which took place at Europol in The Hague the same day.
In the interview, Marco de Swart pointed to the uniqueness of this meeting and explained how it could potentially contribute to the prevention of terrorist attacks and lead to concrete changes in counter-terrorism cooperation.
